Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
We will not pass any details given to us on to a third party and we do not store your credit/debit card information.
Pricing and payment -
All prices shown on the website are in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT (where applicable) but do not include postage, the cost of which is outlined under Delivery Information in these terms and conditions.
Discount codes must be applied when you reach the shopping bag.
Codes can only be applied to full price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, unless stated otherwise.
Placing an Order -
By placing an order through our secure online checkout you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. When placing an order you are agreeing that all the details you have provided are accurate and that you are the authorised user of the debit or credit card used in the transaction.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address given to us when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We cannot take responsibility for a lost or stolen parcel if you request that it is left somewhere other than the address it has been posted to.
On occasion items may be lost in transit. If so then please get in touch with your order details and we will investigate with the carrier.
Cancellations & Returns-
If you would like to cancel you order before it is sent out please let us know. if your order has already been dispatched and we are unable to cancel your delivery you will be ABLE TO GET A FULL REFUND AND SEND THE ITEMS BACK TO US.
Refunds or Exchanges-
If you are not happy with your items or would just like to return them for any other reason, all items may be returned for full refund or exchange. However this does not include sale items which can be exchanged but not refunded. We will be happy to issue a gift voucher if you do not want to exchange or have a refund.
You can contact us by using our contact us page to return your items within 30 days or purchasing it. The items must be returned in their original packaging and in mint condition using recorded delivery via Royal Mail or your own preferred carrier. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without a proof of delivery and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and once we have received your returned items we will arrange for a refund or replacement accordingly.
