Refund policy
Cancellations & Returns-
If you would like to cancel you order before it is sent out please let us know. if your order has already been dispatched and we are unable to cancel your delivery you will be able to get a full refund and send the items back to us.
Refunds or Exchanges-
If you are not happy with your items or would just like to return them for any other reason, all items may be returned for full refund or exchange. However this does not include sale items which can be exchanged but not refunded. We will be happy to issue a gift voucher if you do not want to exchange or have a refund.
You can return your items within 30 days or purchasing it. The items must be returned in their original packaging and in mint condition using recorded delivery via Royal Mail or your own preferred carrier. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without a proof of delivery and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and once we have received your returned items we will arrange for a refund or replacement.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
